No problem! You can specify a safe place for us to leave your box, such as a porch, shed, or with a neighbor. Our boxes are insulated to keep produce fresh for several hours. You can update delivery instructions anytime through your account.
You'll receive an email 48 hours before your scheduled delivery with that week's planned contents. Simply log into your account to swap out any items you don't want for alternatives from our extras list. You can customize up until 24 hours before your delivery.
Life happens! You can easily pause or skip deliveries through your account dashboard. Just make sure to do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to avoid being charged.
We work with farms that use sustainable growing practices, many of which are certified organic. Our Premium Organic Box contains 100% certified organic produce. For our standard boxes, approximately 70% of items are certified organic, with the remainder coming from farms that use minimal intervention practices but may not have formal certification.
Our delivery boxes are designed for reuse. We collect them on your next delivery, or you can keep them for your own use. Any paper or cardboard packaging is 100% recyclable, and we minimize plastic use to only what's necessary for food safety.
Absolutely! We offer gift subscriptions for 4, 8, or 12 weeks. The recipient will receive all the same customization options as regular subscribers. Visit our gift page to set this up or contact our customer service team for assistance.
